I’ve spent over 16 years building a reputation for delivering strategic leadership hires across small, mid-sized and global companies. What I’ve learned is that the searches that go right share something in common — a partner who tells you what they’re actually seeing, stays accountable through the difficult moments, and doesn’t disengage after the offer is signed.
My grandfather Hy Ingber was a law clerk who supported attorneys and judges through a complex legal system. He was known for getting the work done the right way, regardless of who was in the room. The chair in our logo is his and it sits in my office today. It’s an ever-present reminder of everything that this firm stands for.
